Also known as T.I. Theodore or Lieutenant Theodore, is a former leader of the Dials of Sun & Horology.
Dials of Sun & Horology is a totalitarian cult that praises Roblox admin Clockwork, due to his very rare appearances and how he ends up saying bits of relevant lore. They believe that when Clockwork returns all the truths and knowledge of the Dreamsphere will be revealed to them. Essentially, this means that the members of the Dials of Sun & Horology are Sleepwalkers themselves and are actively trying to find Clockwork.
T.I. Theodore for a time led this cult, as he would sometimes send the other members to search for Clockwork under specific conditions, similar to the way Clockwork only appears under certain conditions. The leaders of the Dials of Sun & Horology are visually recognizable by the teapot helmets they wear, alluding to the association of Clockwork and teapots.
The reason T.I. Theodore is also referred to as “Lieutenant Theodore” is because he served in the military of Fissure, and retired after 27 years of service, although his association with Fissure is not something he talks about much.
What led to his retirement as leader of the Dials of Sun & Horology was that he has slowly lost hope in the search for Clockwork and has begun to believe in the Josafarian Theocracy with Josafá being the only God he believed in, this comes hand in hand with his service in Fissure as he has witnessed rites in favor of Josafá. The members of the Dials of Sun & Horology protested his change of ideal and collectively decided that it was best to remove T.I. Theodore from his position as leader.
Time after his retirement, he was allowed to keep his teapot helmet but on the condition that he’d wear deer antlers as a sign of shame and betrayal of the Dials of Sun & Horology, he himself agreed to this deal as he somehow carried an attachment to the group.
The reason why he is called “T.I. Theodore” is because that is how he was known in the Dials of Sun & Horology, since being leader, every time he made one of his announcements he would start with “This is Theodore.”
Although he does not discuss his involvement in Fissure, his service is evidenced by the Franklin insignia he wears on his chest.
