Making a blog

November 18, 2024

ive always found the idea of making, keeping and maintaining a blog to be really exhausting. how can you write so much about food, places, traveling and... math? years ago, i saw nearly everybody in neocities had a blog even if there was only one entry. i considered owning a blog too, but given what i mentioned at the beginning i couldn't see myself having it.

i believe that was because i was more closed about my interests. since the past year, i learned to be more open about them despite only 3 or so people actually listening to me. now, you might have seen in the main blog page that there's a section dedicated to my previous cohost posts, that was because cohost helped me a lot with talking openly about topics. the text might be a little informal, sure, but it's about anything i could've asked for.

at least cohost made it significantly easier, now i have to go through more of a hassle. but given the short time ive worked in this layout (which maybe ill talk about in a later entry) i don't think it's really that hard to set this up. my cohost posts did have their gaps in between publication dates, and i believe here will be about the same or more than before. it's not like im a very creative writer anyway.

i hope you really like the new layout, the new blog and this entry. it's possible you'll be reading this at a later date, but i doubt so given that at the moment of writing this, the site is almost finished. thanks for reading!
